Food, Medicine, Abundance
We specialize in applying ecological, permaculture, and biodynamic farming approaches to landscape restoration.
We belive that healthy food is medicine and that healthy medicine comes from mineral-rich soil.
Grow a nourishing habitat.
Imagine a living habitat filled with medicine, food, and abundance - to support you, your family, biodiverse species and healthy soil.
Nourish Foodscapes specializes in time-tested, heirloom and native species of herbs, food, and useful crops to create a living homestead.
Our approach
-
How does the combination of annual, flowering buckwheat, perennial yarrow and comfrey, and edible herbs like cilantro — connected to heirloom, nutrient dense food crops like kale, tomatoes, and carrots — work together to create harmonious abundance? Well -that’s what we do for you and your homespace. Create a personalized “guild” or plant community design that works together.
-
Building true — TRUE - regenerative soil is simple in approach but… it does take time. For the land steward (and if you have a side-yard - that’s you!) who is interested in creating soil that really provides nutrient dense plant material - we will help assess and create real, living soil.
-
Growing plant medicine is at the heart of what we do. We can create a curated, bespoke medicinal plant homescape for you that targets your wellness pursuits with our years of experience in growing these plants and in conjunction with our clincial herbalist partners. Quite literally, we can design your personal, living, apothecary.
What does our process look like?
Every client is unique and has different needs. We focus on design, species selection, and land restoration approaches for you. We offer a suite of additional services - including working with our landscape installation partners.
